The Business and Labor Committee will hold a public hearing on Legislative Bill 397 and AM 1116 to LB 397 on Wednesday, April 13th, at 12:00pm in Room 2102 of the Nebraska State Capitol.

LB 397 and AM 1116, which make changes to the Industrial Relations Act, are now available on the Legislature’s website. This is a product of over 8 months of working with many great people to find meaningful, significant, and comprehensive reform to the process employed by the Commission of Industrial Relations.

I have enjoyed listening to input on the bill since the outset of this process, and look forward to hearing more thoughts and suggestions regarding the bill and amendment at the hearing next week.
