Below are the bills I have introduced this session. I have signed on to co-sponsor a number of others as well, which you can find by ticking the “Include Co-Sponsored” box in bill search by introducer.

LB37 – Change and eliminate provisions relating to the state boiler inspector, fee schedules, and powers and duties of the State Fire Marshal

LB273 – Change provisions relating to youth rehabilitation and treatment centers

LB274 – Provide for a promotional farmers market special designated license under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act

LB404 – Change permit and renewal time periods under the Concealed Handgun Permit Act

LB405 Change provisions relating to village boards of trustees

LB532 – Change provisions relating to property under the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act and the School Employees Retirement Act and change a security deposit provision under the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act

No new bills will be introduced until January of 2022, but still feel free to contact my office to suggest new legislation if there is a law that you feel needs to be addressed or changed as we continue to update and amend our state constitution and statutes.
