Dear, Community on behalf of your District 11 office in the Nebraska State Legislature. Thank you for your continued engagement, support, feedback, and love. We couldn’t do anything without you all. There are only 22 days left in this year’s Legislative session and a lot of work to move our bills through the Unicameral. Here is a legislative update on how the session is going:
• 1047-The North Omaha Rescue Plan: was debated on the floor, securing $150 in ARPA Funds

SENATOR TERRELL MCKINNEY
Dear, Community on behalf of your District 11 office in the Nebraska State Legislature. Thank you for your continued engagement, support, feedback, and love. We couldn’t do anything without you all. During this legislative session, our office introduced 19 bills which are displayed on the right. Senator McKinney also decided to prioritize LB450 – Adopt the Innovation Hub Act. Which is legislation to assist small businesses, entrepreneurship, & innovation in distressed communities. He has also co-sponsored LB1024 – Adopt the North Omaha Recovery Act & LB1025 – Appropriate federal funds to the Department of Economic Development for the North Omaha Recovery Grant Program. Which were introduced by Senator Justin Wayne (District 13). As we advance further through the session we will continue to keep you all informed.
