On the following dates the Legislature will be working into the early evening hours:

Tuesday, April 22;
Wednesday, April 23;
Thursday, April 24;
Monday, April 28;
Tuesday, April 29;
Wednesday, April 30;
Tuesday, May 6;
Wednesday, May 7;
Thursday, May 8;
Monday, May 12;
Tuesday, May 13;
Wednesday, May 14;
Monday, May 19;
Tuesday, May 20;
Wednesday, May 21;
Tuesday, May 27;
Wednesday, May 28; and
Thursday, May 29;

The adjournment time for a scheduled “late night” will be around 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. or later (potentially as late as 11:59 p.m.). The specific adjournment time each evening will be dependent upon the Body’s progress on that day’s agenda.

We will have a half-hour break for dinner around 6:00 p.m. each scheduled late night.

These dates are “reserved late nights” some of which I may cancel. I will provide members with as much notice as possible of such a cancellation. However, a cancelled “late night” may still mean working through the dinner hour and then adjourning sometime early evening.

I have decided to discontinue the later start time for the first day of our work week. Beginning April 8, we will convene every day at 9:00 a.m.

Beginning April 22nd, the lunch recess will be shortened to an hour from noon until 1:00 p.m.

On the last day of our work week (April 3, 11, 17, 25, May 1, 9, 15, 22, and 30) we will work through the lunch hour and adjourn between 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. dependent upon our progress that day.
